My doctoral thesis delves into the dimensions of financial well-being, while my broader interests encompass
identity, career transition, and liminality. Beyond academia, I am deeply engaged in both private and public
policy sector projects. Collaborating with the government of India, I played a pivotal role in developing a
curriculum on well-being that significantly impacted the lives of over 30,000 girl children. These contributions
earned me recognition as a Harvard delegate for Social Policy and Justice in Asian Countries in 2019. Additionally,
my proactive involvement in review services (Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion,2023), book
projects, prestigious fellowships (Fetzer MSR,2023), and relevant courses greatly enhance my capability to
contribute to management. During my three years of corporate training and
consulting, I have had the chance to positively impact employee well-being across diverse sectors, including HR,
finance, and healthcare.
